Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake

Mousse cakes have recently become a hit among pastries. They are adored for their lightness and combination of different textures. We present our cake as a combination of chocolate cake, and three layers of chocolate mousse (dark, milk, and white). The layers sit on a chocolate sponge just to make it a killer cake!
