Tiramisu Cake

Tiramisù (Tiramisu, “cheer me up” from tira (pull), mi (me), so (up)) is an Italian multi-layered dessert that includes mascarpone cheese, coffee (espresso), eggs, and sugar. The cake does have the bright, bitter taste of coffee, but the mascarpone gives a subtle sweet taste of a high-end dessert. We’ve personally seen people eating our cake with a cup of coffee, so don’t worry about the contrasting flavours.
