When the rabbits and bunnies tasted our carrot cake, they voluntarily gave up raw carrots. And it’s not surprising, because we added raisins, walnuts, and pears. The frosting on the cake is not just sweet cream, but a subtle cream cheese. The top of the cake is covered in caramel mirror glaze, making it even more noticeable to bunnies and those of you with a sweet-tooth.
